Mumen Rider is dying in the first punch. I'd put Mumen Rider at a power level of fifteen to twenty at max as long as he has Justice (his bike). Kid Goku has a power level of ten to two hundred sixty.

For reference, the average human power level should be around three, or four, given a farmer was at a five. Mumen Rider is still a hero, and had to pass a strength test that clarifies his ability to succeed in combat against at least one or two guys.

So, early Kid Goku and Mumen Rider are fighting it out, with Mumen Rider coming out on top. Kid Goku at any other time is killing Mumen Rider.

Late OPM Response:

Mumen Rider and Kid Goku are duking ts out. After getting a specialized combat suit from the neo-heroes organization he can increase his strength to S-class capabilities. Even the weakest members possess immense strength, making them practically bullet-proof (maybe even literally so). While Kid Goku's strength isn't proven at the same capacity as it's implied, he should also be at that same bullet-proof level. They're duking this out and it might actually be a cool fight.

Mumen can actually beat a monster that was resistant to bullets in the audiobooks,

So The only way this could be a fair fight is if If Kid goku from the earliest episodes , before learning the kamehameha fought him if without the power pole,

Mumen rider could actually have a chance then, especially if he could manage to grab his tail.

But he would probably lose if goku has his power pole. Too much of a range advantage.

Any form of kidku that comes ep 8 onwards makes the match up unfair
