Btw Boros won’t have his Regen abilities, Just his meteoric burst form and collapsing star roaring cannon, still i think a laser beam that can destroy a planet makes it obvious that Boros is the #1 choice here

I think meteoric burst brings out his massive amounts of stored latent energy to increase his speed and power and Roaring Cannon releases all of his energy. So you'd need a lot of energy to be on his level.

So I think barriers and telekinesis would be the best. You can protect yourself, escape situationd, and fight back.

I'm not sure i could last much in Meteoric Burst Form but it definitely seems to be the best choice as it gives you destructive power and super speed (through CSRC actually useless for me because i don't want to destroy the earth)

Extreme intellect would be good but with time preparation.

Telekinesis would be good but but the question is are you on the same level as Tatsumaki (unless you get the same power as the characters then this is best option but that wouldn't be fair because I don't think the government would be able to defeat any of these characters)

Martial Arts kinda useless if you don't have superhuman strength and reactions.

If we’re looking at this practically, extreme intellect is the most useful here by miles. But in terms of what I’d want in fiction, the CSRC literally kills me, destructive power is broad asf and I’m biased against Telekinesis so I’d either choose martial arts or super speed, but like considering how trash the flash is I’m taking martial arts.

For everyone who voted telekinesis & barriers what I ment was you can use those abilities but can’t exactly control them since you just got them. Meteoric burst however you can control since it’s not just powers, you’re still yourself but now you have higher strength and speed.

So you can use telekinesis but you can’t control where you put the thing you’re making float, you could even bring it closer to you so boros’ abilities are better since you can control yourself

You can move small to medium sized objects / people, and create small barriers

If there weren't strings attached, I would pick super-intellect, but if the government is going to attack me immediately afterwards, I would probably have not enough time to prepare... I mean, I doubt I could build Metal Knight from stuff in my garage... I would need time to gather funds and acquire materials...

So I would pick Tatsumaki's power instead: Versatile enough for any situation, and powerful enough to face all the rest of the world combined...

EDIT: I have just read @Ryaflame 's post about power limitations... if it were set so low, I would probably pick enhanced intellect instead...
