Good list however I would put armored boros below platinum sperm and move platinum spent above redraw Orochi but that is just preference, but would definitely put him above prime Bomb. Would also put monster garou above released boros and tatsumaki below released boros. Would also move Drive Knight above Genos and Goketsu above homeless emperor. Would move vaccine man below atomic samurai. Would move Nyah above Melzergard and metal bat above pig god. Other then that I think the list is perfect.

I don't know i think The Tier i made for him is right,is for God Level Threats or Threats approaching that level, they're a Fan Idea i made based on the Fact s-Class were made to take Demons down but people expect them to tank Dragons and even a God Level Threat or a Threat that approaches that.

The z rank is just a joke as he is a human with no powers.
