Bofoi is obviously suspicious. He takes military weapons and claims to be a hero.

He loses knows where the hostage is, and wouldn’t cooperate to help the S Class Heroes

Bofoi claims to be scared of something and to be preparing to fight against that... he could be telling the truth. As for the hostage, he knew it was a trap, and he was worried the heroes would die and nobody would stop the new menace...

He could be a traitor preparing an army of robots to conquer the world, or he could just be cold, ruthless but well intended pragmatist preparing an army of robots to stop some terrible menace...

The one who suspects Bofoi most is Drive Knight, but Drive Knight is just as cold and ruthless as Bofoi (treated Genos as a disposable tool, was more interested in taking a sample of Orochi's cells than in saving the world..etc.), and we don't know anything about him... for all we know he could be a robot built by the Organization...

At this point both are pretty balanced... any of them could be a mole planted by the Organization...

I’d say that if one is from the organisation it’s drive Knight, because the other has been demonstrated to definitely not be a robot.

And Drive Knight also seems more interested in collecting samples like the organisation. On top of that, G5 wouldn’t have found the metal knight head interesting if they were from the organisation.
