We've seen more from him because he's not afraid to push the ethical limits of science in terms of creation, genetics, and experimentation. Most of these other guys mostly build robots...

Idk, the child didn't get the S rank without a good reason. He obviously lacks strength, durability, speed, etc. Compared to all others S classes, who presumably have insane physical stats. By this logic Child Emperor should have insane intelligence to make up for it, resulting him in S class.

But then the Conan parody OVA didn't really do child emperor much justice lol.....

I would say Genus or Kuseno. Genus has proved to do stuff nobody else can do: He has created telepaths, Dragon level brawlers and immortals, on top of making himself eternally young...

Yeah, Psykos has created more powerful monsters, but all she does is to trigger the transformation, and he can't control what monster she creates... She is just exploiting something she doesn't really understand, while Genus knows exactly what he is doing...

I think Kuseno is better than Bofoi. Metal Knight may be more powerful than Genos, but Kuseno has stuffed an immense amount of power in a medium human frame, which is really impressive. Pound by pound, I think Genos is more advanced and powerful than Metal Knight, relative to their sizes.
